Bianca works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, PTSD, and relationship challenges—whether within families, friendships, or other close connections. She provides therapy for parents and children (family therapy), helping to navigate parenting challenges and build secure attachment. With a special interest in adoption, identity, culture, ethnicity, and women’s health, Bianca offers a supportive space for clients to explore their experiences and find clarity. She also works with first responders, including police officers, firefighters, doctors, and nurses, understanding the unique pressures of high-stress professions. Through a practical and compassionate approach, Bianca helps clients make sense of their experiences, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change.

Drawing from her own experiences and professional expertise, Bianca understands the courage it takes to seek therapy. She creates a space where clients feel safe to explore their emotions, process past wounds, and embrace new possibilities. Her approach is both compassionate and direct, meeting clients where they are while gently encouraging growth and accountability. Whether addressing past traumas, working through present difficulties, or preparing for the future, she believes that therapy is a journey toward feeling at home within oneself.

As a first-generation Romanian immigrant, Bianca has a unique perspective on cultural adaptation, identity exploration, and the complexities of belonging. She welcomes diversity in all forms and is deeply committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive environment for individuals from all backgrounds.
