Blair shows up as a real person: easy going, friendly, supportive, and welcoming to all without judgment or expectations. She creates space for the messy but also meaningful parts of life including anxiety, identity, grief, growth, transitions, trauma, and all the in-betweens.

Blair’s background spans community mental health, substance use treatment, and transitional support for students with disabilities. Her approach is trauma-informed and shaped by her belief that laughter and honesty can be powerful tools for healing. She enjoys working with people navigating life as neurodivergent and people who are LGBTQIA+, in recovery, or living with intellectual disabilities. She’s especially passionate about helping young adults find their footing and supporting adults and older adults as they explore—and often rediscover—meaning and identity through life’s shifting stages.
