Physical Office By-the-Hour for Medication Providers*
For psychiatric providers who practice virtually in Arizona and need to meet DEA requirements. *Limited number of memberships available.
Pay a monthly membership fee and get a physical office address, including the right to use the Hub’s address for your Google Business profile, and the ability to book private therapy rooms by the hour. Also included is a listing in our online therapists’ directory, use of the Community lounge, and mail handling services. The Hub is a DEA-approved site for psychiatric providers who offer tele-health sessions in Arizona and reside in another state.
$99 monthly membership fee OR $1,000/annual fee
$99 start-up fee (one time)
$15/hour for private therapy rooms
$35/hour for group therapy room
Physical Office By-the-Hour for Therapy Providers
For therapists (and other licensed providers) who practice virtually in Arizona, need mail service, need to use the Hub’s address for their Google My Business profile, or need office space for occasional use.
Pay a monthly membership fee and get a physical office address, including the right to use the Hub’s address for your Google Business profile, and the ability to book private therapy rooms by the hour. Also included is a listing in our online therapists’ directory, use of the Community lounge, and mail handling services.
$69 monthly membership fee OR $700/annual fee
$99 start-up fee (one time)
$15/hour for private therapy rooms
$35/hour for group therapy room
Virtual Office
For any licensed behavioral health professionals who practice virtually in Arizona, need mail service, and need to use the Hub’s physical address for credentialing purposes.
Pay a monthly service fee and get mail handling services and a physical office address for credentialing purposes. This service does not include access to therapy offices.
$39 monthly service fee OR $399 annual service fee
