Leánna is a Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate some of life’s most complex and challenging experiences. She has a particular interest in working with those impacted by illness or disability. Leánna believes therapy is a powerful tool and is committed to creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore meaningful thoughts and emotions, including joy, sadness, fear, and hope.

Leánna recognizes that research consistently shows the therapeutic alliance to be one of the strongest predictors of positive therapy outcomes. With this in mind, she places strong emphasis on building a collaborative, trusting relationship with each client—meeting them where they are and walking alongside them throughout the therapeutic process.

Leánna primarily uses Emotionally Focused Therapy with individuals, couples, and families, alongside a strength-based approach that honors clients’ experiences and supports emotional growth. Through attachment-focused work, she approaches concerns with compassion and thoughtful curiosity, helping clients better understand themselves and their relationships. Grounded in warmth, evidence-based practice, and respect, Leánna is committed to fostering a strong therapeutic relationship as the foundation for meaningful and lasting change.
