Lisbeth is a bilingual Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) who provides therapy in both English and Spanish, offering a culturally responsive and community-centered approach to care. She understands that finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, especially when navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, or major life transitions. With extensive experience working with underserved and Spanish-speaking communities, she thoughtfully considers how culture, identity, family roles, and systemic stressors shape mental health and collaborates with clients to build tools that are practical, meaningful, and sustainable.
Her therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop healthier coping skills. Lisbeth works primarily with women facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, as well as children and adolescents experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges. In addition to individual therapy, she brings a strong background in community engagement and leadership, having partnered with schools and community organizations to reduce barriers to care and connect families with resources.
