Marlena works with people ages 10 and older who are experiencing mental health challenges associated with depression, OCD, panic, mood disorders, social anxiety, isolation and loneliness, extreme perfectionism, or chronic procrastination. She also supports parents navigating challenges in the midst of raising kids. Marlena has spent her career helping people from all walks of life meet their goals, including as a high school teacher and then a college professor, and presently, as a mental health clinician. She appreciates the resilience revealed in individuals and families as they manage mental, emotional, and behavioral health challenges.
